About primevueki

A practical resource for studio production in motion

We exist to make the craft of television studios clearer: how the floor is set, how cameras move, how light and sound behave, and how a whole crew stays in step.

Production team planning around a table

Our mission is to make studio craft accessible to every crew

primevueki began with a simple observation: the best studio crews are rarely the ones with the most expensive kit. They are the ones who plan together, rehearse calmly and share a common language for every move on the floor.

Today we support news desks, regional broadcasters and live entertainment teams across the United Kingdom with workshops, on-site coaching and long-term partnerships.

  • Plain-language guidance written by working broadcast crew
  • Coaching shaped around your own studio, kit and schedule
  • Repeatable checklists that survive staff changes and tight turnarounds

What guides our work

Calm under live pressure

Every drill, checklist and cue sheet is designed to keep crews steady when the clock is running.

Clear communication

We teach talkback habits and hand-overs that keep floor, gallery and presenters in step.

Safe working practice

Rigging, cabling and power are planned with safety first, so great shots never cost a trip hazard.

The people behind the practice

Working broadcast professionals who coach crews the way they would want to be coached.
